Coaching is most importantly a safe, secure place for you to explore any issues or goals you have, and work towards progressing or achieving these. Coaching is confidential and non-judgemental - we will work together to build an understanding of where you're at, and for you to share as much as you feel comfortable with. Coaching is a way to help you think things through, make decisions, and move forward with your goals — whether they’re personal or work-related.
Coaching explores aims, problems and emotions in the context of life and work, and is about unlocking your potential by working through any stubborn barriers in the way. You will explore your thinking, set goals, and take action — with someone who listens, asks questions, and supports you.

First just schedule in a free, 20min intro chat
After that each session will be booked for an hour
Choose whether you would like to meet weekly, fortnightly (recommended), or monthly
As coaching is goal focused, there will usually be between 5-10 sessions, but there is no limit

Coaching requires you to take the time to engage and work on yourself - if you can't do this right now it may be best to wait until you can
